No Return & No Refund Policy

At BinDian Jaipur, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

No Returns Accepted

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and delivered, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at bindian.jaipur@gmail.com

 with:

Order ID

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will take appropriate action at our sole discretion (replacement only, no refunds).

Non-Returnable Items

Since we operate under a no return policy, all items including:

Sale items

Customized or handmade products

Personal care or lifestyle items

Gift cards

are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable, except in rare cases where the issue is verified and approved by us. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days from the date of order.
